Alrighty,
I have created a spreadsheet to portray the number of students coming into where I work, a writing tutoring lab, what their major is, what class they are here for, and what they worked on. From here, I would like to create a formula that will take my "X" and make it =1 so that I can add D3:D56 and have it spit out a number so I know that 23 students came in on week one to work on invention.
Right now my formula is =IF(D3:D56="X",1,0) But I only have 1 in the box... Any help is good help!
