Hello,

I am looking for an IF macro that will compare today's month with a specific month.

This macro will be at the beginning of a larger macro.

So IF today's month is < than month August then stop the whole macro and give message box "Not ready yet!"
ELSE run the bigger macro.

Thank you.

If you start asking yourself if now is a good time to save your Excel workbook, the answer is Yes
How about
VBA Code:
   If Month(Date) < 8 Then
      MsgBox "not yet"
      Exit Sub
   End If
