Excel Facts

Shade all formula cells
To shade all formula cells: Home, Find & Select, Formulas to select all formulas. Then apply a light fill color.
What is the full formula?

What version of Excel do you have?

I don't know what functions you are using to access the CSV file, but don't you think that converting it to an XLS file might help?

I use INDEX(MATCH on external Excel workbooks all the time, ( Excel 97 ), and haven't had problems retrieving information of more than 255 characters.
