Hi,

I have the following formula;

=INDEX('Rp#7-Milk-Production-Summary'!$AN$14:$AN$25,MATCH($G15,'Rp#7-Milk-Production-Summary'!$H$14:$H$25,0))

I need to add an IF statement to the Match part of the function so that it returns the match that is within the Month.

Column G has dates for the 365 days of the year
Columnn 'Rp#7-Milk-Production-Summary'!$H$14:$H$25 has 12 rows for each month of the year in this format [$-C09]mmm-yy;@

Any helpers ??

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
Does this work? It may not.

=INDEX('Rp#7-Milk-Production-Summary'!$AN$14:$AN$25,MATCH(1,($G15='Rp#7-Milk-Production-Summary'!$H$14:$H$25)*(MONTH(G15)=MONTH('Rp#7-Milk-Production-Summary'!$H$14:$H$25),0))
Array formula, use Ctrl-Shift-Enter
