Insert picture into comments

Hi All, hoping someone can remember which podcast showed us how to insert a picture into comments. In other words, the picture becomes visible when the cell is hovered over.

I've never seen it, but you rightclick the comment border, choose Format Comment, goto the Colors and Lines tab, and choose a Color Fill of "Fill Effects", and click on the Picture tab in the next dialog and select a Picture.
