Insert Row if the Entire Row Cell has Zero

Hi Guys,

How can I insert a blank row if the entire row has zero ?

Before:

NameTrack1Track2Track3Track4
Ben1112
Sam3456
Anna1059
Ted0000

<tbody>
</tbody>


After:

NameTrack1Track2Track3Track4
Sam3456
Ben1112
Anna1059
ZEROES
Ted0000

<tbody>
</tbody>

We're looking at columns 5 & 6.
My question was about post #25 so I assume this answer actually means we are looking at columns A:F. However, I am away from home at the moment so not quite sure when I will be able to answer this. Will do so when I can.
