...to keep a title on the side of the screen at all times even if you scroll over and the title should be off the side of the screen. If this isn't clear I could provide a screenshot.

Spell Check in Excel
Press F7 to start spell check in Excel. Be careful, by default, Excel does not check Capitalized Werds (whoops)

If I understand you correctly it is.

Go to Window -> Split and then adjust the panes to where you would best like them then go to Window -> Freeze Panes
