Is there way to Lock Command Boxes as you scroll down

As I scroll down my excel sheet is there any way that I could have a command box scroll down with me.

This would be really helpful so I don't have to go all the way back up to the top of the page to run my command button again.

Why not put the button in the Quick Access Toolbar? or on the ribbon? Use a keyboard shortcut? Place it at the top of the sheet and freeze the top row. Or split the window.

Else, yes, there's code, but it would slow down your scrolling and may not be perfect. Not recommended.
