Keep font size in concatenation?

The font size in one column of my data is different from the others. How can I keep the correct sizes when the data is concatenated?

Can a formula spear through sheets?
Use =SUM(January:December!E7) to sum E7 on all of the sheets from January through December
If the concatenation is the result of a formula, then I'm afraid you can't.
The only way would be to convert the cell to a value & use VBA
