leading zeros with both numbers and letters in string

I need to add leading zeros before two separate strings for all in column E. For example:

0336565-CM

<colgroup><col width="111"></colgroup><tbody>
</tbody>

336700

<colgroup><col></colgroup><tbody>
</tbody>
