Hi all

I there a way to limit the 'Top 10' or 'Bottom 10' filter in a pivot table to only ever show 10 results? I have an issue where some days my Top 10 only has three or four values and the rest are zeros. As a result the 'Top 10' turns into a 'Top 100+' as it shows all the zero values aswell.

My pivot is in a dashboard surrounded by other pivots and therfore I get a debug saying it cannot overlap. I just want it to show me the positive values (if less than 10 ) or the top 10.

Any ideas?

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.
Hello,

I'm using 2010, but I believe it's the same in 2003.

In the field list, choose the field you would like to see the top 10 for, choose Value Filters, and at the bottom is Top 10. From there you can choose top or bottom etc
