Line graph: Category in Y and Value in X

A default graph has the Category in X axis and Value in Y axis.
Is it possible to reverse this?

You can rotate the graph 270 degrees (or 90 degrees) and then make sure all the text is pointing the right way. Is that what you're looking for?

Alternatively, you can mimic it with an XY chart and XY Chart Labeler add-in...
