Hi everyone,

I would like to ask the following:

I have a table in sheet1 in excel containing 10 rows. I want to copy the first column of this table into sheet2 in the same workbook but what I want is that in case I inserted a row or more in Sheet1, I wanted to be copied to sheet2 automatically. How can I do this?

I appreciate any help!
Thank you

Excel Facts

Create a chart in one keystroke
Select the data and press Alt+F1 to insert a default chart. You can change the default chart to any chart type
If you're describing:

- An Excel Table, you can link a column in Table 2 to Table 1 Column 1 (say) using the formula =Table1[@Column1]

- A column of data in Sheet1 Column A (say), a formula like this in Sheet2 will adjust automatically for rows inserted/deleted in Sheet1:

=IF(INDEX(Sheet1!A:A,ROW())="","",INDEX(Sheet1!A:A,ROW()))
