Listbox question

Hello all,

I created a file that I want to send out to all employees in my company. In this file, I have three List Boxes (Active X Controls).

I'm noticing when I email this file to other individuals in the company the size of the list box changes in relation to the rest of the Excel file. For example, I emailed it to my boss, and he emailed it back to me. By the time it I received it back two of my listboxes have grown and now overlap each other - which is not what I would like to do.

Is there a way to "freeze" the size of the listbox in relation to the size of the file?

I hope that question is clear - let me know if I need further explanation.

Thanks,
Pete

Excel Facts

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
I think I may have got around this issue.

I deleted my List Boxes (Active X Controls) and replaced them with List Boxes (Form Controls). From there, I went into the properties and chose the "lock aspect ratio" option.

Hopefully that'll work.
