Hello Community,
i have been for a long time viewer and thanx for many solutions that i have found!

My problem now is that i have a range of cells lets say $A$1 to $E$5 in which i want every cell to be locked except 3 which addresses are mentioned in cells $A$10 , $A$11 , $A$12 in the format of $A$3 , $B$2 , $D$4.

The addresses are dynamic and change based on the filling of other cells. So there is a formula producing them.

Can you help me solve this out?

Thank you in advance.

What is the last column in Excel?
Excel columns run from A to Z, AA to AZ, AAA to XFD. The last column is XFD.
Hi Mike,

What about this?

Code:
Range("A1:E5").locked = true
Range(Range("A10")).locked = false
Range(Range("A11")).locked = false
Range(Range("A12")).locked = false

Unless A1:E5 is dynamic also?

Of course this won't protect them still - you'll still need 'sheet("sheetname").protect' to actually 'lock' them.

Cheers
JB
