I have a little bit of a weird request and if anyone can help me it would be very much appreciated.

I am trying to create an Excel spreadsheet which will allow me to make bookings of equipment, more specifically we hire out commentary units and public address systems so on the 'home page' I would like to be able to insert an event name and a job number select the commentary units which are required and a date range perhaps some notes and a couple of specific bits of kit click confirm and for it to appear in a callendar on a seperate tab.

We also hire out two way radios so it would be handy to be able to see how many we have in stock on the selected dates and put aside a specified number if they are needed.

It does sound a little odd and perhaps unclear but I have created a 'homepage' of how I invisage it looking if anyone is interested in helping out.

Any help would be very much appreciated, it isnt a small job and I would be happy to repay the favour.
