Lookup Horizontal and Vertical Date and FX Rates

Hi,

Would you please help me with the following need:

I want to retrieve FX rate from "list of FX" according to currency type and date to highlighted yellow column. Apologies for not proper excel data. At work it is not possible to use XL2BB. Thank you very much for your help in advance.

Try using the below formula in M4

Excel Formula:
=INDEX($E$7:$G$12,MATCH(J14,$D$7:$D$12,0),MATCH(K14,$E$6:$G$6,0))
