Macro for print instructions

Please could someone build me a macro for my worksheet. I want my sheet to print back to back and flipping on the short edge. I can't see to get it right :(

If writing INDEX in Func. Arguments, type MATCH(. Use the mouse to click inside MATCH in the formula bar. Dialog switches to MATCH.
As far as I know, VBA has no way to do duplex printing. Someone smarter might know more though.

Have you tried to record a macro to do this and reviewed the resulting code?
