Dear All,

If you can help me kindly: I have an excel report with the following head columns (I will highlight only the ones that are needed for the end result):

A1: Request ID ; D1: Request Status ; F1: Request Entered Date ; H1: Request Resp. User ; K1: Last Updated Date ;

- “New” ; “Under Review” ; “In Progress ( Solution Design)” are fixed statuses that appear under column “D1: Request Status”
What I would like to obtain at the end (if possible of course):

 • A cell indicating Total Number of Requests (calculating all the entries of the current month: e.g. February 1-28th ) – independent of the status
 • A cell indicating Total Number of Requests (in status “New” ; “Under Review” ; “In Progress ( Solution Design)”)
 • A cell indicating Total Number of Requests in status “New” which haven’t exceeded 1 business day since “Request Entered Date” (and to appear highlighted in Green)
 • A cell indicating Total Number of Requests in status “New” which exceeded 1 business day since “Request Entered Date” (and to appear highlighted in Red)
 • A cell indicating Total Number of Requests which haven’t exceeded 9 business day since “Request Entered Date” (and to appear highlighted in Green)
 • A cell indicating Total Number of Requests which exceeded 9 business day since “Request Entered” (and to appear highlighted in Red)
- the calculations must be done according to the filling day of the report (e..g. today minus 9 business days – excluding weekends)

Let me know kindly of any question and if additional clarification/info is needed.

Many Many Thanks for your help and all the solutions provided.

Mihai.
