Hi All,
Well my need is quite unique because I want a macro to make another macro which will run on Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains. I will be brief to explain but if you want more info please let me know :)

Please consider the following example for explanation...
S. No.Voucher NoJob NumberAmount
13556A2500
23556A2500
33556B1000
43556B2000
53556C2000

<tbody>
</tbody>
I need a macro that can calculate the Total Amount from Amount column above when Voucher No. is same and then distribute them to 3 amounts separately on basis of Job Number column.

I use Mail Merge to do this work now but now I wish that it should be more automated. Please see these mail merge files which I currently use. Click Here To Download.

Now please select all text and Toggle Filed Codes and refer to the highlighted text in Word file downloaded from above link. Here Yellow text will be repeated until the amount is equal to total sum of one Voucher No. Highlighted in Green. In other words, The Yellow highlighted text will be repeated until Green highlighted text is equal to the sum of Cyan highlighted text.

This is complex for me but it should be simple for a programmer :). I will try to explain it with a video as well if possible. Thanks in advance.

now MSWORD is mentioned - beyond my skill set, sorry.
oldbrewer: The reference to mailmerge in post #1, plus the links in that thread clearly showed from the outset that Word is involved.
No problem dear. Thanks for your time :)
fiberboysa: The general tone of your replies in this thread would appear to pushing the boundaries regarding Forum Rule #1 (https://www.mrexcel.com/forum/board-announcements/99490-forum-rules.html). Please take more care with what you post.

As for the general problem, viz:
I use Mail Merge to do this work now but now I wish that it should be more automated.
there have been plenty of threads on mailmerge automation. Have you read those? See, for example: https://www.mrexcel.com/forum/gener...ing-mailmerged-details-excel.html#post4675634
