Macro to update the date in a pivot table filter

So here's my issue. I have a Sheet (let's call this the Summary Sheet) with 3 pivot tables on it pulling information from 3 different sheets.
One of the fields on all 3 of the pivot tables on the Summar Sheet is the Date field.

I need to be able to write a macro that updates the date field to show the current day's date so that when the pivot tables are updated, only records that contain the current day's date will show up. Anyone know how to do that? Yikes...
