Macros in 2003 VS 2007

Excel Facts

How to find 2nd largest value in a column?
MAX finds the largest value. =LARGE(A:A,2) will find the second largest. =SMALL(A:A,3) will find the third smallest

In a word, Yes.

But not necessarily the other way around.

If you have a specific concern, feel free to post it.

Like Smitty said, it's a pretty good port. The main stuff that gets queered up is if you had menu customizations or created custom toolbars using code. That will still work, but due to the new interface, it all gets dumped in a custom "Add-Ins" tab.

AFAIK, they only took out one object - the filesearch object. I can't think of any other code that would automatically raise an error. But if you use code to create charts, plan on needing to tweak that code.

Smitty, Thanks for your reply. Office 2007 will be installed in March and if I encounter any problems with macros I will probably be asking for your help.
