Minimising window but not userform question

To avoid confusing some elderly volunteers who are going to be entering data into a statistical gathering application,
I want to minimise the background Excel application window while displaying userforms for the data entry.

I have the necessary code for minimising the application window, but how do I keep the userforms visible?

Why not set the .Height and Width of the user form to BIG. (perhaps color it backgroundy) and put the controls in a foreground colored Frame.

Thanks for the suggestion, and the code.
My Userform application will be used on a wide screen monitor, and will only occupy a third of the screen.
Volunteers need to have other windows opening and closing as required, while keeping my application open all shift or the whole day.
I use an Auto Start routine for the application and would like to minimize the Excel window from that routine, just displaying the Userform.
