Missing Toolbar

I have created two new custom toolbars and assgined macros to the buttons which work fine, when i send the spreadsheet to someone the toolbars are missing but the macros can be run manually.

Both run excel 2003

Any ideas

You can teach Excel a new custom list. Type the list in cells, File, Options, Advanced, Edit Custom Lists, Import, OK
when you create a toolbar and assign a macro on it it will only work from your computer. you can't save that setting and send it to other users.

You can however make a macro that will create a toolbar and have the macro assigned to it. This way anyone who opens the worksheet will have the custom toolbar/menu

You can also put a button (or an object such as a rectangle) in the spreadsheet itself, ie. sitting on the page and assign a macro to that.
