Hello I have a task that involves creating a MS Query which expresses a parameter - MS Query does not like the "?" which expresses parameters so to get round that , I edit the MS Query script in MS SCRIPT EDITOR which then works fine... BUT now for some unknown reason the option to open MS SCRIPT EDITOTR is not available or should I say "its in grey" event the shortcut commannd to open it Atl+Shft+F11 is not working.
When I try this in other Excel work books , MS SCRIPT EDITOTR is available and opens fine. This says to me that there is something about my excel workbook that has disabled this functionality but I dont know what it is ...

Please help

You can teach Excel a new custom list. Type the list in cells, File, Options, Advanced, Edit Custom Lists, Import, OK
