Hello,
I have a long list of employees that shows the hours they worked each month. Is there a quicker way of identifying months that each employee worked in. Ideal answers would look something like in Column J & K. At the moment i am inputting answers manually. I uploaded a file with data.
Thank you.

Excel Facts

Using Function Arguments with nested formulas
If writing INDEX in Func. Arguments, type MATCH(. Use the mouse to click inside MATCH in the formula bar. Dialog switches to MATCH.
Try like this, just need one formula

Excel Formula:
=LET(month,$B$2:$H$2,worked,B3:H3,answer,FILTER(month,worked<>""),IFERROR(HSTACK(TEXTJOIN(", ",,answer),COUNTA(answer)),"No Hours"))
