I have a database in which i would like to share with numerous users. It is currently on a share drive & everyone has access to it. After testing it with 3 users at once (before it goes life) i found that only 1 user at a time can go in & enter information on a form. Is there a way to get around this?

Hi

Following on from MyBoo and assuming the Options > Settings > Advanced options are ok (eg Open mode = 'Shared', default lock = 'Edited record') then go into the design view for each form and select menu option : Edit > Select Form, menu option : View > Properties > select 'Data' tab > 'Record Locks' property > set to 'Edited Record'.
