Hi,

I have 3 columns whose cells are populated based on formula and vlookup.

Due to vlookup, number of rows returning data can vary.(sometime it can be 5 rows and other time it can be 10 rows)

Now When I am creating 2-D Bar chart(giving it range of 10 rows per column), with values of 1st column on y axis and values of remaining 2 columns as Bars, it is showing N/A values in last 5 rows in case only 5 rows are populated based on vlookup.

Is there a way to remove these N/A labels from the chart?

Thanks in advance

Excel Facts

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
in your data formula wrap the #N/A results with IFERROR( ),""

so you could "0" or what ever you choose. Something is throwing an error so suppressing the error is the normal route
