Need Assistance in Creating a Stack List

Hello Mr. Excel and Team

One of my team members is in the process of creating a Stack-ranking for the team. Although we have a Stack Ranking sheet in place, for some reason it does not do any justice to one team member who is a buffer, hence the recreation of the Stack ranking needs to be done.

There are 3 different processes with differnet Team Size example:
Process Team Size
A 2
B 3
C 5 (including Buffer)

Your views would be helpful to my team-member and me to recreate the Stack Ranking System in Excel.

Make sure the Team Member is within the "range" of the ranking.
