And when 2 values are in the same row above it will put a -25 Next to the Name (as Exampled)

and this would be the same with the Values (Golf, Charlie, Foxtrot) as they would be in the same row at the top.

Is there a formula which would be able to cross match this and even match up if 3 or more was in the same row?

And when 2 values are in the same row above it will put a -25 Next to the Name (as Exampled)

and this would be the same with the Values (Golf, Charlie, Foxtrot) as they would be in the same row at the top.

Is there a formula which would be able to cross match this and even match up if 3 or more was in the same row?

Just to say if this does help That Actaully in column A There is a Induvidal Name for each such as Section 1, Section 2 can this be use as a primary id or something
