Hi

Plotted a series of ages (days) along the x-axis, and numerical values along the y-axis.

As the ages (dates) gaps are not consistent (i.e. it goes 1 day, 3 day, 7 day, 14 day, 28 day) the only graph that appears to work is XY Scatter.

However the lines can only be straight between each point. The gain i need to show should be a smooth curved line through all the points/ Is this possible in this or any other chart type?

Also, can i get the x-axis to show on each actual age value, instead of every 1, 5, 10 or whatever?

Thanks

it won't - it is the line of best fit for your data - that is all

you can use a xy line chart though and choose the curved line option
