I am completely stumped! I work for a tutoring center and I have a form that I am trying to make user friendly for ALL of our employees. I'd like to be able to use it as a time sheet however, I can't seem to get the calculations right. I was able to do the time in, time out, and total hours, just fine. but my problem is that Our tutors are paid per service (that means that if they tutor one child alone they get paid for service A, if they tutor 2 children at the same time, they get paid for service B, if they tutor three children at the same time, they get paid for service C, and if they tutor 4 to 6 kids at the same time then they get paid for Service D. Right now the form I have them fill out is filled with multiple grids, such as the one in the image link.

Basically I need a formula (or possibly a few formulas)that can compare each column and separate the hours per service.
I have included a link to the downloadable form.

I would really appreciate some help!!!
