Need some Randomness

I have a list of 200 names in Excel. I need to randomly select 3 names from the list of names making sure the person does not receive duplicate names or thier own. Placing each name in a different cell next to the person's name on the list.

Example...

Their Name Person #1 Person #2 Person #3
Sample A Sample D Sample C Sample B
Sample B
Sample C
Sample D
Sample E
