I need to create a formula that will count text based on a single date and a unique word


[FONT=wf_segoe-ui_normal]=COUNTIFS('All requests'!$E$2:$E$9826,">"&($E$9-7),'All requests'!$E$2:$E$9826,"<="&$E$9[/FONT]

Column E is the date field in the all request sheet and the $E$9-7 is the date I'm searching for but I also have to search All requests column be which has the word that relates do the dates
