Hello guys/gals:

I am having a really, reaaallyyyy strange behaviour in some cells.
I had a formula there adding 2 to another cell which had a date. eg: =A1+2, where A1 had a value of 01/01/2009.
When I open the book again (this book is stored in the server, so it is shared and 3 people work on it) I see a value of 03/01/2009 in the cell but when I edit it with F2 I have the formula "=N/A" in it. This is even stranger, cause I have excel in spanish and the formula should say "=NOD()". Of course, if I hit [ENTER] I get an error cause "=N/A" is not a formula valid in the spanish version of Excel.
Has anybody dealed with something like this??
I am perplexed...
Thanks a lot for your time!
Greetings, Miguel.

Which Excel functions can ignore hidden rows?
The SUBTOTAL and AGGREGATE functions ignore hidden rows. AGGREGATE can also exclude error cells and more.
I have experienced similar problems in the past basically it is your Excel is speaking English but your co-worker's Excel is speaking Spanish.

Going off my recollection here, but try reviewing your application's Language Settings (may need to install a language pack on your or your co-workers computer) and/or the Cell's Formatting Locale.

Hopefully finagling with those will fix your problem.
