I would like to filter pivot tables with one slicer, i.e. when I pick apples 1lb on the PO pivot table, only that product will be visible on the batch tkt pivot table.

The pivot tables all have separate data sources (but the data and pivot tables could all be on one worksheet if necessary). The field the pivot tables have in common is "Prod", but this field doesn't contain unique values in any of the data sources (as there could be several orders for 1lb apples or 5lb of bananas, etc) so power pivot or the data connection feature doesn't work with the pivot tables.

The field with unique values would be the PO number (purchase order) in one data source and the batch tkt in the other data source and they do not match. Not all of the products (and weights) that are in the PO data source are in the batch tkt data source. The PO data source contains thousands of records and the batch tkt data source, hundred of records.

I don't if this is possible, but I figured this would be the forum that would know. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
PO No.Prod
1apples 1lb
2bananas 5lb
3apples 1lb
4oranges 2lb
5grapes 1lb
6oranges 5lb
7grapes 1lb
8apples 5lb
9bananas 2lb
10apples 5lb
