Still new to formulas,

I have a list of telephone numbers and I am trying to change the numbers that begin with 44 to begin with 0.
The difficulty I am having is other numbers in the list are different lengths and I don't want them to be changed only numbers that are 12 digits long and begin with 44.

Can anyone help me out?
Thanks in advance

Hi, you could try this.

Excel Formula:
=IF(AND(LEN(A1)=12,LEFT(A1,2)="44"),REPLACE(A1,1,2,"0"),A1)
