I am hosting a party at my home for someone that is leaving the company. I created an Excel workbook with several option buttons. The first two tell me if you are coming. The next 5 tell me what you prefer to drink (beer brands, red or white wine or cola) All that worked great.

I sent it to the 62 employees as an attachment. They could not see the option buttons. What did I do wrong?

Excel Facts

Round to nearest half hour?
Use =MROUND(A2,"0:30") to round to nearest half hour. Use =CEILING(A2,"0:30") to round to next half hour.
There are lots of possibilities, I suppose, but you might need to provide a bit more clarification.

What e-mail client did you use?

How did you save the workbook?

What kind of Option Buttons did you use (Forms or Control Toolbox).

Could any of them "see" the buttons? Did you try e-mailing it to yourself using the same system?

I know that with our Lotus Not(s) system, it creates all kinds of problems if a recipient chooses to "View" a file vs. "Detaching" or "Launching".
