Hi
is this something I need to learn or these are old excel. I am using excel 2013. In the article below, the author said it is an old feature:

"In Excel, it is possible to create a pivot table where data comes from several worksheets. It's an old feature, but still useful. The process starts by pressing <kbd style="margin: 0px 0.1em; padding: 0.1em 0.6em; border: 1px solid rgb(173, 179, 185); font-variant-numeric: inherit; font-variant-east-asian: inherit; font-stretch: inherit; line-height: 1.4; font-family: Arial, "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; vertical-align: baseline; box-sizing: inherit; display: inline-block; color: rgb(36, 39, 41); text-shadow: rgb(255, 255, 255) 0px 1px 0px; background-color: rgb(225, 227, 229); border-radius: 3px; box-shadow: rgba(12, 13, 14, 0.2) 0px 1px 0px, rgb(255, 255, 255) 0px 0px 0px 2px inset; white-space: nowrap;">Alt</kbd>, <kbd style="margin: 0px 0.1em; padding: 0.1em 0.6em; border: 1px solid rgb(173, 179, 185); font-variant-numeric: inherit; font-variant-east-asian: inherit; font-stretch: inherit; line-height: 1.4; font-family: Arial, "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; vertical-align: baseline; box-sizing: inherit; display: inline-block; color: rgb(36, 39, 41); text-shadow: rgb(255, 255, 255) 0px 1px 0px; background-color: rgb(225, 227, 229); border-radius: 3px; box-shadow: rgba(12, 13, 14, 0.2) 0px 1px 0px, rgb(255, 255, 255) 0px 0px 0px 2px inset; white-space: nowrap;">D</kbd>, <kbd style="margin: 0px 0.1em; padding: 0.1em 0.6em; border: 1px solid rgb(173, 179, 185); font-variant-numeric: inherit; font-variant-east-asian: inherit; font-stretch: inherit; line-height: 1.4; font-family: Arial, "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; vertical-align: baseline; box-sizing: inherit; display: inline-block; color: rgb(36, 39, 41); text-shadow: rgb(255, 255, 255) 0px 1px 0px; background-color: rgb(225, 227, 229); border-radius: 3px; box-shadow: rgba(12, 13, 14, 0.2) 0px 1px 0px, rgb(255, 255, 255) 0px 0px 0px 2px inset; white-space: nowrap;">P</kbd>. In one of steps there is one thing which I don't understand, page fields:"

Thank you.

Excel Facts

Back into an answer in Excel
Use Data, What-If Analysis, Goal Seek to find the correct input cell value to reach a desired result
"Page Fields" are Filters applied to the entire Pivot.
Unlike the Row/Column fields, you don't have the specific items indicated when you select multiple selections.

I use the Page Fields when I plan to create copies of the Pivot Table for each value of the Page Field by using the "Show Report Filter Pages"
