hello,
I Was wondering if there is a way to set an Excel Cell Background Color Partially.
thankx for you're time.

Excel Facts

What is the last column in Excel?
Excel columns run from A to Z, AA to AZ, AAA to XFD. The last column is XFD.
What do you mean by 'partially'? Half filled? Filled to x percent? A different shade perhaps?
What are you trying to show/highlight?

Perhaps you're looking to do a gradient fill? Have a look at Home/Format/Format Cells/Fill tab/Fill effects button...

I thought of this solution already, but it involves a lot of work for my needs.
i'll try to write somthing by these guideliness and let u know how it worked out...
in the mean time if you come up with any easyer commands which does not need the cell merge command, i'd be most appriciative.
thanx
