Hi, I am looking for some help to workout some calculations below, there are thousands of lines of data all in varying columns so i was wondering if there was an easier way to work out per centages without having to go through line by line or by filtering blanks and doing it by column if that makes sense.

A</SPAN>B</SPAN>C</SPAN>D</SPAN>E</SPAN>F</SPAN>G</SPAN>
1</SPAN>Person 1</SPAN>Person 2</SPAN>Person 3</SPAN>Person 4</SPAN>Person 5</SPAN>Grand Total 2015</SPAN>% of total</SPAN>
2</SPAN>1</SPAN> 1</SPAN>
3</SPAN> 1</SPAN> 2</SPAN>
4</SPAN> 1</SPAN>3</SPAN>
5</SPAN> 1</SPAN> 4</SPAN>
6</SPAN> 5</SPAN>
7</SPAN> 1</SPAN> 6</SPAN>

<TBODY>
</TBODY><COLGROUP><COL><COL span=5><COL><COL></COLGROUP>

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
sorry am a little lost here.

i take it there should be a 1 in row 6

can you paste what the percentages should look like?

hi bewsh1987,

yes there should have been that was a typo on my part,

i basically need the numbers in columns A - E to be divided by the total on column F on the same row to give the % in G. hopefully that makes it clearer.
