pie chart for each slice of a pie

I have two sets of categories (i.e., product and items within that product type) and I want an overall pie chart of the product costs and then I want to click on any piece of the pie (i.e., any product type) and have a pie chart appear of the various items within that product type.

I already saw that web page but that only talks about doing a pie on one slice of the bigger pie and I want a pie of each slice. thank you
