Friends,

I have lists of months in a order such as 'Jan-09, 'Feb-09, 'Mar-09,......,'Dec-09. But, when I run the Pivot, it sorts the following order:

Month
Apr-09
Feb-09
Jan-09
June-09
Mar-09
May-09
Grand Total

And, this is not what I want. How do I do so that it starts with 'Jan-09 and ends with 'Dec-09. Thanks for your help.

Please note that I'd like to keep month and year in my column.

How to calculate loan payments in Excel?
Use the PMT function: =PMT(5%/12,60,-25000) is for a $25,000 loan, 5% annual interest, 60 month loan.
After playing my self I have found the solution , Pull the actual date field (which keep dd/mm/yyy hh:mi:ss) and group onn that by right click within the pivot table (Select "Month" and "Year" in the group of that field).

Then , drap and drop the Month and Year field "Across the column" using Environment feature of pivot. if you drag and drop without environment feature it may won't work.

Thanks to myself!
