Hi Guys,
I have a pivot table working out attendance of staff for our business. I have the areas they work in the left rows and the dates across the top in the columns with the grand totals in the (G6). I am looking for a formula to work out the average attendance over the columns but one that will update as we enter additional data. I have used
=SUM(GETPIVOTDATA("JOB",$A$4,"SURNAME","FORENAME1","AREA"))/5 but would like this to update automatically.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance!
