Pivot Table Date issue

Hi folks
I'm trying to calculate the number of days between two dates in a Pivot Table.

Start Date | End Date (Set as Date fields)

I've created a new field and inserted a calculated Field (End-Start) but it keeps returning -43000 numbers

Any idea?
