pivot table question

In this excel sheet, there is a column called "Satisfaction on management" (in Data2 sheet) and it has values from 1-5. So the author created a pivot table and has a Row label in pivot table like this

Satisfaction on mangment
very satisfied
unsatisfied
mixed
very unsatified

<tbody>
</tbody>

My question, how the author transferred 1-5 into words like satisfied, not satisfied etc. Is there any feature in pivot table to do that or he did it manually? the files can be found below. thank you.
