Pivot table results (using SUM) are huge - not the numbers displayed in the underlying table. If I use COUNT, they are too small. Please advise.

I do not have 21 students. Students were just an example from the other web page. I have eleven clinics and twelve months of data. I am not sure where the number 21 came from, but it pops up when I use COUNT instead of SUM. I could attach a slide, but this tool does not permit that. If you know of another way to display the data, please let me know.

Square and cube roots
The =SQRT(25) is a square root. For a cube root, use =125^(1/3). For a fourth root, use =625^(1/4).
I believe I may have stumbled upon a solution. For some reason, when I tried to use just the data from one metric score (Access Routine) displayed on one spreadsheet, I got the inflated result. However, when I set up the pivot table using the ENTIRE source document and filtered on each individual metric (for example, Access Routine), then the correct scores displayed on the pivot table. Then, all I had to do was to copy the result onto a new spreadsheet. I do not know why this worked.
