Pivot Table Row Headings

Hi - can someone assist my row headings are displaying as values instead of text - what am I missing???

which version of Excel?
what PivotTable Report Layout type (Compact, Outline or Tabular)?
by "row headings" do you mean the headers above the rowfields part of the pivot table or something else?
