Pivot tables with multiple date columns

Hi there,
I'm trying to work out how to create 2 different pivot tables from the one table. Here is an example table below:

ProductBrandCategoryJan QtyJan SalesFeb QtyFeb SalesMar QtyMar Sales
Item 1
Brand 1Cat 15$5004$4007$700
Item 2Brand 2Cat 120$5030$7510$25
Item 3Brand 2Cat 26$605$5010$100
Item 4Brand 3Cat 210$25030$75010$250

Ideally I want to create a pivot table where I can collate sales quantities over a month range, and then sort the data via category, or brand etc. Then another pivot table where I do the same but for the Sales$

Any ideas?
