Hi there,

I have a query regarding the ability to ignore blanks cells when running a pivot table. Is it possible to set the pivot table to ignore blank cells?

Regards

Ben

Excel Facts

Workdays for a market open Mon, Wed, Friday?
Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.
Hi Ben,

Would the blank cell be in the value field or in one of the row fields?
If it is in the value field, would it work to use the value-filter on the parent row, and set it to "is not/unlike 0"?
Or if it is blanks in the row field, use the label-filter, and set it to "is not/unlike (blank)?

(not working on a english version of Excel at the moment, so the terms might be different)

Henrik,

Sorry. I've only just got round to looking at this again. I'll try what you have suggested and see what happens.

Thanks
